Jill Masters is a Telluride real estate expert who loves helping people realize their dream of homeownership in the San Juan Mountains. Recognized for outstanding service with Telluride Fire District EMS for over two decades, Jill knows the region well. In fact, she has called Telluride home since 1978.

After serving the community as a paramedic for many years, she made her way back into the business of buying and selling homes in 2005. Today, she brings the same outstanding service and customer care to her real estate clientele, combining exceptional local knowledge with proven certifications in International, Resort and Second Home Property.

Her background includes a position on the Town Council for four years where she acted as liaison to Telluride’s Historic Architectural Review Committee. This gave Jill insights into the building and planning process, as well as the opportunity to work with the Telluride Housing Authority on several deed restricted housing projects.

In addition, Jill spent eight years on the Telluride Association of Realtors (TAR) and was appointed President in 2012. She later served as a Colorado Association of Realtors Mountain District Chair from 2014-2015, was named TAR Realtor of the Year in 2012, and Community Realtor of the Year in 2009 and 2011. Coupled with the reach and resources of a world-class brand, Jill arms clients with the highest level of professionalism, service, and expertise.

The seasoned broker is also a devoted wife and mother who has been married to husband, Bill Masters, the San Miguel County Sheriff, for over 30 years. Together, they have four adult children who attended Telluride schools growing up and are now proud homeowners themselves.

Jill believes in giving back and supports a number of organizations such as the First Time Homebuyer Fund, Hoot Brown High School Scholarship Fund, Habitat for Humanity, Second Chance Humane Society and Animal Shelter, Telluride Ski Club, Telluride Adaptive Ski Program, Telluride Ski Patrol Avalanche Dogs, and San Miguel County Search and Rescue.

When she is not introducing clients to the coveted Telluride lifestyle, she can be found hiking with her two goldendoodles Lake and Park, mountain biking, cross country skiing, or enjoying time on the mountain with family and friends. For a skilled broker who will put your wants and needs first, contact Jill. Her commitment and dedication are unrivaled.
