Telluride Luxury Real Estate in December is notoriously a slow month for closing, but a busy month for buying and putting under contract. There is an increase in inventory in Telluride, Colorado with 70 listings, with a higher sale price of $1,549 per square foot. The inventory moved with an average of 134 days on market.
