Upon listing your home, the property is immediately listed as “active” on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which provides - and updates on a daily basis - a catalog of homes for sale. We personally submit a photo and the descriptive elements of your home to ensure that you have the best possible representation on the MLS.
In addition, all of our property listings are also available on our website under “Featured Listings” as well as on all local websites that subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service. Research from the National Association of Realtors® indicates that more than 80% of home buyers now begin the buying process online. For this reason, our website includes the most advanced tools available, including Active Listing Maps, a live chat feature, website analytics to demonstrate how your home listing is performing and gaining traffic, and opportunities to receive automatic email notifications, to give buyers reasons to keep coming back.
‘For Sale’ Sign and Print/Digital Media
Immediately, our distinctive 'For Sale' sign is placed on your property, complete with QR codes on our signage. We also make available a brochure box containing customized and professional color flyers to visually introduce buyers to your home. We also ensure that flyers are available at each of our open houses.
