LODGING UPDATE
Over the next two weeks, destination occupancy is flat YOY at 55%, and average daily rate (ADR) has decreased by 13% at $548. Total occupancy is pacing ahead during the week of July 17, with July 21 pacing 13% ahead YOY at 63% occupancy.
Summer occupancy continues to pace 3% ahead of last summer, currently at 41.5%. ADR is pacing 5% below 2022 at $578. May and June both closed 2 points behind 2022, and the remaining summer months are pacing ahead: July is 2% up, August and September are pacing 10% ahead, and October is flat. Total summer occupancy in Telluride has decreased by 9% YOY at 43%, and ADR has increased by 3% at $608. Mountain Village is experiencing a 13% increase in total summer occupancy at 41%, and ADR has decreased by 9% at $556.

AIR UPDATE
Continued strong weekly bookings now have overall air numbers about 8% ahead for the summer. July and August are up 10%+ while September and October continue to pace slightly down YOY. The base winter schedule is loaded, noting that there are likely to be a few changes to the network this coming season.
